
As a result of our rapid growth The Green house has two new exciting vacancies. We require two motivated and committed people to join our Service department as Customer Service Apprentices. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader you will be working with a dynamic and vibrant team to deliver outstanding customer service.
The roles consist of a 6 month work based placement with a half day a week release to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service through an external training provider called Starting Off.
The successful candidates will ideally already have some work experience whether it be part of full time, ideally in a Customer facing environment.
The role will develop over time, initially you will deal with answering inbound calls from customers and processing orders, then once confident and knowledgeable you will then be challenged with sole ownership of Customer enquiries from start to resolution.

The green house are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our commercial relationships with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients.
As the key Account Manager you will proactively contact your clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
You will also be measured and rewarded on your ability to retain customers and develop account profitability.
Working in close collaboration with the Development Team and the Operations Team you will project manage the Roll-out of all services to your clients. Having full responsibility for the delivery of projects within tight timescales you will have excellent communication skills.

Possessing excellent communication skills you will have a good telephone manner and be able to react quickly to a customer’s needs. Answering inbound calls from customers you will then be challenged with sole ownership of the issue from start to resolution.
You must be a good team player and strive to provide excellent customer service at all times. With a proven track record in a similar role the ideal candidate will be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
