Philip Mossop

Co-founder & Development Director

Philip is responsible for the strategic direction of the green house including products and services. Many of the philosophies behind the green house’s business model come from Philip’s long-standing beliefs that not enough was being done by businesses to foster and develop World-class Environmental Credentials.

Philip also heads up the Sales, Marketing and IT teams, often taking a lead role in client relationships and development.

In 2008 Philip was awarded UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2009 a Semi-finalist in the Prestigious Ernst & Young UK Entrepreneur of the Year.

Robert Twiselton

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Robert oversees and co-ordinates the operations of the green house. With over 20 years experience in the Environmental Services Industry he provides vital knowledge and support to Sales, Operations, Finance and Senior Management within the business. Robert’s expertise lies within General Management and in his role he guides the business and ensures that all strategies are executed successfully.

Averyl Baldwin

Head of Operations

Averyl is responsible for managing the operation of all departments at the green house. Averyl has over 10 years experience in managing Customer Service & Sales Departments and is tasked with ensuring that the right structure is in place so that the business can deliver outstanding customer service and continue to offer unique services within our Industry.

Overseeing The Development Team, Operations, Key Account Management, Customer Service, Finance and Project Roll-outs, Averyl also oversees Health & Safety, Legislative Compliance and HR. Working closely with Robert she helps the business to evolve and grow without compromising our standards.

Steven Finch

Financial Controller

Steve is responsible for overseeing the Finance Department and all aspects of the company’s financial trading. Having worked in Finance for over 15 years, Steve provides invaluable support to the senior management team by providing accurate and timely numbers.

Ross Simons

Supply Chain Manager

In charge of creating and sustaining the National Supply Chain, Ross is responsible for all purchasing spend within the business. With over 14 year experience in Procurement Ross has introduced Procurement Best Practice and Strategic direction to the Supply Chain.

Spending the majority of his time out on the road meeting our Suppliers, Ross ensures that we are able to supply our customers with competitive, compliant and first class services throughout the UK.

Nigel Gosnell

Key Account Manager

With over 12 years Account Management experience in the Telecoms industry Nigel is the main contact for some of our biggest Clients. Nigel is responsible for striving to increase client recycling rates and introducing new innovative products and services as well as working with clients on strategy – helping to direct and support our customers in all aspects of Environmental Services.

Matthew Burton

Key Account Manager

Matt has over 5 years experience in Account Management gained from working in Fleet Management and Environmental Services. Matt is responsible for striving to increase client recycling rates and introducing new innovative products and services as well as working with clients on strategy – helping to direct and support our customers in all aspects of Environmental Services.

Gemma Lowatt

Customer Service & Roll-Out Teal Leader

Responsible for overseeing the Customer Service and Roll Out departments, Gemma ensures that both departments deliver outstanding customer service and consistent service delivery. Managing our busy service centre Gemma ensures that our customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having worked in both departments Gemma is able to oversee the Customer experience and provide client support by utilising her 9 years experience in Customer Service.

Abbie Neill

Service Co-ordinator & Compliance Administrator

Responsible for handling any service related queries, Abbie works within the Service Department. The Service Department provides all of our customers with a friendly personal service. All queries are progressed from start to finish by one person enabling us to provide superior customer service.

With over 3 years experience working within Customer Service, Abbie utilises her excellent communication skills to ensure we achieve full service resolution.

Service Co-ordinator

Based in the Service Department as a Service Co-ordinator, Lorna handles any service related issues. Working alongside Abbie, Lorna processes new orders, ad-hoc requests, service change requests and many other queries.

With over 2 years experience in progressing Customer queries from start to finish, Lorna delivers excellent customer service through frequent and consistent communication.

Paige Tarry

Paige first joined the Green house as an apprentice back in February 2010 and has now completed her NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. Now a fully fledged Service Co-ordinator, Based in the Service Department, Paige handles any service related issues. Working alongside Abbie, Nathan and Lucy, Paige processes new orders, ad-hoc requests, service change requests and many other queries.

Service Co-ordinator

Nathan recently joined the Service Department In February 2010. With over 2 years experience in Customer Service based roles he is part of the Service Team responsible for resolving customer queries and ensuring that we deliver consistent service delivery.

Nathan processes new orders, ad-hoc requests, service change requests and many other queries.

Dealing with enquiries from start to finish, Nathan delivers excellent customer service through frequent and consistent communication.

Lucy is one of the newest members of the Green house who joined as an intern in September 2010. Having recently left school Lucy will be working alongside the Service Co-ordinators in the Service Department providing support to our customers.

Credit Control Clerk

Responsible for all aspects of Sales Ledger and Credit Control, Tomas is our customer’s point of contact for any invoice queries. Tomas not only deals with our National customer payments but is also responsible for all customer payments for www.wastecollection.com.

Blair has sole responsibility for Purchase Ledger within the business, checking and processing all invoices and organising all payments for the business.

Having started out in a telesales Role Adrian is now part of the Development Team working alongside Development Director, Philip Mossop. Responsible for all research and lead generation, Adrian represents the green house through the full development process from initial point of contact through to service delivery.

Having over 5 years experience in sales, Adrian provides potential customers with unique solutions to provide sustainable and long term environmental solutions.

Kim Birtwistle

Materials Negotiator

Kim is in charge of the green house commodity trading platforms. By providing customers with the knowledge and equipment to bale recyclable material, Kim will then trade this material on the open market to provide our customers with new revenue streams.

With over 4 years experience in negotiation Kim assesses the trading markets both domestic and internationally on a daily basis and strives to offer our customers competitive pricing at all times.

Rebecca Marsden

Development Team

As one of our longest serving members of staff Becky has a wide range of experience within the green house. Starting out within the Service Department and progressing into a number of Sales roles Becky is now part of the Development Team working alongside Development Director, Philip Mossop. Responsible for all research and lead generation, Rebecca represents the green house through the full development process from initial point of contact through to service delivery.

Becky is challenged with identifying new business opportunities from initial point of contact through the entire development process through to Service Delivery.

Hubert Grzesiek

Web Marketing Engineer

Hubert designs, builds and supports everything that the green house puts on the internet. This includes a number of company websites, our tailor made CRM system, the company intranet, online stores and customer and supplier portals.

Hubert utilises his technical expertise and innovation to ensure that the staff, clients and suppliers have seamless interaction with our systems.

Stephen Holmes

Development Team

With over 10 years experience in Senior Account Management and Development stephen plays a key and important role in developing the business alongside our development director Philip. Stephen originally started his career in the logistics industry working in a variety of different roles from operations management to sales and marketing.

Stephen brings a wealth of experience from his 3 years in the environmental industry and shares the same passion and beliefs that the green house was originally built from.Stephen represents the green house through the full development process from initial point of contact through to service delivery.
